Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled time are fully refundable.
• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.
• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
